Does it cost the same as parking lot sweeping?

No, 5 days a week of our litter cleanup for your entire property grounds is more cost effective than the cost of one power sweeping or a visit from the landscapers.

How are your services priced?

There are many factors that are considered when we price a property. It’s not unusual to have two identical properties with two very different prices. Are there businesses surrounding it that generate a lot of potential litter? (i.e. drink cups, fast food wrappers, cigarette butts, etc.). How much landscaping (shrubs, medians, grassy areas) are within the premises? Is the property located near schools, busy shopping areas or neighborhoods and industrial parks?

When is your service provided?

Our services take place outside of normal business hours when we can clearly see and clean all litter without vehicles in the way.

What is included in your services?

We empty all trash containers onsite. We will also notify you (a free property report) of any property damage, vandalism, exterior lighting not working, illegal dumping on your property or trespassers.

Do you only service commercial properties?

We specialize in litter clean-up of commercial real estate but are willing to extend our services to other types of properties.

Are your services seasonal?

Nope! Litter doesn't take a season off so neither will we.
